Our client, a leading company in Malta is looking for a Transport Operations Executive to work in the Operations Department.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developping internal communications
- Prepare and maintain reports and KPIs in order to improve the overall planning, execution and cost effectiveness of the service, and develop feedback reports for management
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Making sure employees are up to date on any developments in the company
- Coming up with a brand strategy to better improve company reputation
- Coordinate campaigns and and commercial offers
- Coordinate engagement and the transport operation
- Helping out with new ways of making the service more attractive for the customers
The ideal candidate is in possession of a degree. Additionally, experience working in a similar role within a transportation company is considered an asset. The candidate should be fluent in both Maltese and English and have the ability to work under pressure.
