Our esteemed client is deeply committed to investing in the development and growth of its staff. They are currently in search of a Training Manager to join their dynamic senior team as part of their ongoing progress.

Main Responsibilities

  • The Training Manager will work together with different departments to pinpoint training requirements, create curriculum, and assess the effectiveness of training.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across different departments and organisational levels.
  • Design tailored training programs and materials, utilising diverse instructional techniques and delivery methods.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and presentations, both in-person and virtually.
  • Implement mechanisms to evaluate training program effectiveness, gather feedback, and make continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
  • Keep updated on training technology advancements, leveraging suitable platforms to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, department heads, and HR personnel to align training programs with organisational goals and address skill gaps.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to reinforce learning and skill application in the workplace.
  • Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and relevant standards.
  • Manage training budgets effectively, ensuring efficient resource utilisation while maintaining quality.
  • Identify opportunities for leadership development and succession planning, nurturing talent and cultivating future leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and performance metrics, generating reports to monitor progress and demonstrate training impact.


The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field, preferably with a Master's degree. They should have at least three years' experience in a similar role, ideally within customer service. They should possess a strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), and the ability to collaborate effectively. Leadership, project management capabilities, and familiarity with training regulations and compliance standards are also important, along with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
