The primary objective of this role is to supervise, manage, and deliver training to employees involved in airside operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safety and compliance training for staff working in airside areas. Maintain accurate training documentation to meet compliance standards.
  • Update the Training Manual to reflect regulatory changes. Ensure adherence to the Training Manual and report to the Head of Aerodrome Safety and Compliance.
  • Manage updates to the central digital repository for the training system.
  • Ensure training records comply with the requirements outlined in the Training Manual.
  • Support regulatory audits pertaining to training and proficiency assessments.
  • Validate the implementation of proficiency check programs as outlined in the Aerodrome Manual.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum MQF level 5 certification and preferably have prior experience in delivering training, developing materials, and conducting proficiency checks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for conducting training sessions and fostering collaboration. Strong organisational skills are also required to maintain accurate training documentation. Additionally, the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues is important for ensuring smooth operations and successful training outcomes.
