Our esteemed well known client is looking to recruit a Technical Sales Executive to join their technical and sales team.
The Technical Sales Executive need to coordinate bid preparations and execute any design functions and administrative requirements for comprehensive submissions, working within a dynamic engineering team, focused on preparing technical quotes and proposals on ELV systems provided by the Company.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Design cost-effective solutions to meet the clients’ budget while proposing technically viable and enticing alternatives to fulfill technical requirements;
- Prepare the necessary documentation for the compiling of comprehensive bids and tenders;
- Follow the guidance provided by other team members to integrate multi-disciplinary proposals;
- Communicate with clients and suppliers and maintain healthy relationships;
- Assist in technical and commercial meetings with consulting engineers and client representatives;
- Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing;
- Carry out background research and present findings;
- Attend any training provided by the Company as well as training sessions and webinars organised by the suppliers;
- Carries out other related duties as assigned and required from time to time.
Ideal requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Hold a relevant qualification;
- Commitment to discretion and confidentiality;
- Planning, organisational, and time management skills;
- Be flexible in approach, reacting promptly to obstacles and effectively prioritising tasks;
- Ability to follow directions and align with the company's strategy.
- Strong inclination toward learning and the capacity to take initiative responsibly.
