Reporting to the technical manager, responsibilities include:
- Keeping up to date with any local and international developments related to the profession
- Upkeeping e-library sections on the company’s website
- Answering questions received from clients
- Updating clients with regular technical updates as well as offer guidance
- Presenting at the company’s events and conferences
- Supporting the CEO where necessary to make sure company targets are met
- Representing the company during any events or exhibitions organised by other institutions
- Supporting in preparation of the company’s annual report
