Our esteemed client is looking for a Technical Analyst to be part of its Authorisations Department and play a crucial role in reviewing and processing applications from gaming operators. Key duties & responsibilities:
- Reviewing applications from gaming operators, ensuring all necessary documents, policies, and systems meet regulatory standards.
- Assessing gaming systems, operational setups, and compliance reports to ensure businesses operate fairly and transparently.
- Conducting inspections (including live studio visits) to verify technical and regulatory compliance.
- Working closely with different teams to provide recommendations on gaming operators' systems and processes.
- Staying up to date with industry regulations and ensuring operators meet the highest standards.
- Assisting with investigations, on-site inspections (locally and overseas), and special assignments as required.
- Communicating with applicants, answering queries, and providing guidance throughout the licensing process.
Requirements:
- A diploma (MQF / EQF Level 5 or equivalent) in IT, business, finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Interest in obtaining industry certifications such as CISA or equivalent (a plus but not a must).
- Experience in IT, compliance, or financial auditing is an advantage, but candidates eager to learn and grow in the industry are also welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with internal teams, applicants, and industry professionals.
- A proactive attitude, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
