Your Role Will Involve:

Sales & Business Development (Approx. 50%):

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding our brand’s trusted reputation.
  • Generating, nurturing, and following up on new business opportunities across various service pillars.
  • Planning and delivering impactful client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintaining and tracking key commercial data, including proposals, sales forecasts, and conversions.

Marketing & CRM Support:

  • Assisting with the creation of marketing content (newsletters, blogs, flyers, social media posts).
  • Supporting social media strategy execution, analytics tracking, and audience engagement.
  • Ensuring that CRM systems are nurtured, updated, and leveraged effectively.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Approx. 50%):

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from client briefing to candidate placement.
  • Interviewing, shortlisting, and matching candidates for client roles.
  • Providing consultative advice to clients on hiring strategies and market insights.
  • Growing and strengthening the company’s recruitment business through business development, headhunting, and relationship management.

We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:

  • Previous experience in an agency recruitment environment (end-to-end recruitment experience highly valued).
  • A strong commercial mindset with a passion for business growth.
  • Confidence in building and managing client relationships.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a love for working across different areas (sales, recruitment, marketing).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.

What We’re Looking For ideally:

✔️ Minimum of A-Level standard of education.

✔️Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools & Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and best practices.
✔️ Strong written and verbal English communication skills & content writing ability.
✔️ Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related client-facing role.

✔️ Previous experience in End-to-End Recruitment Services
✔️ Customer-oriented with a passion for helping people.
✔️ Proficient with Marketing and Microsoft tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Word, Excel, etc.).
✔️ Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow professionally.
