Our clients are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle. Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying prospective talent, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability. The role involves sourcing candidates through online platforms, maintaining up-to-date job postings, and performing background checks to ensure a seamless and effective hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Main tasks:
- To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organisation;
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms);
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates;
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person);
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally;
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers;
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits;
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events;
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs;
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard;
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
- Any other tasks commensurate to the role.
Key Requirement & Competencies:
- Have proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role;
- Have experience with sourcing techniques;
- Possess solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Have a sound judgement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
