Main Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from screening & interviewing to offers and beyond;
Prepare recruitment resources and post jobs on suitable job boards, social media & professional websites like Facebook & LinkedIn;
Be able to source and engage professional profiles through networking and headhunting;
Manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates;
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
Work in a team-environment and collaborate with counterparts on various roles and initiatives;
Ensure candidates & clients are receiving the best possible recruitment experience.
The Selected Candidate must be:
Experienced in talent acquisition;
A strong communicator with excellent command of English;
Computer literate;
Knowledgeable of sourcing methods on social media and professional websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
People-oriented, with a high degree of integrity;
A self-motivator with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team;
Excellent at relationship building with strong interpersonal skills;
Target driven with a work attitude that reflects Company values;
