Main Duties:
- Actively play a role in strengthening the company's Recruitment Business.
- Take leadership of assigned projects or specialised areas.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Actively onboarding vacancies.
- Searching, shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
- Carry out cold calls, business development calls, and headhunting activities.
- Maintain the company system.
- Supporting clients and candidates through the whole recruitment process, including handling offers and negotiations.
