As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be:
- Directly contributing towards the growth and evolution of the Recruitment Function of the Company.
- Supporting the brand’s growth through ongoing business development and proactive activities.
- Leading and directing fellow Talent Acquisition Specialists and other staff as needed to ensure agreed standards and targets are met. Acting as a support, coach and mentor new joiners.
- Taking leadership on assigned projects or specialised areas.
- Maintaining client relationships and acting as an account manager for specific clients.
- Supporting the setting up of systems, procedures, templates, software and CRM.
- Supporting the full recruitment cycle in a hands-on manner and through leading by example.
- Interviewing, shortlisting, profiling, and matching candidates.
- Carrying out cold calls, business development calls, and head-hunting activities.
- Engaging in strategic discussions, concepts and growth plans.
- Leading the StreetHR unique platforms including "Headliners" and other initiatives.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role or Senior Talent Acquisition exposure, ideally from a Recruitment Agency background.
- A strong understanding of the current employment market and adherence to GDPR.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- An approachable personality and business driven attitude.
- High standards to deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
