Main responsibilities include:
- Helping out with system issues
- Ensuring issues are documented
- Supporting in training users
- Install and implement software
- Functional testing
The ideal candidate has experience working in a helpdesk environment, and accounting knowledge. Previous experience working in a similar role or in any automotive industry is considered an asset.
