Main Responsibilities:
- Provide continual software consulting support to clients, covering tasks such as application upgrades, training sessions, customization, and system enhancements.
- Extend support remotely or on-site as per clients' specific needs and preferences.
- Contribute expertise and assistance at any phase of the software project life cycle, ensuring flexibility and seamless integration of services to meet client requirements.
We are in search of a qualified ERP Product Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of industry experience, supported by a recognized IT qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server is essential, and hands-on experience with Crystal Reports Business Objects would be advantageous. The successful candidate will exhibit strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to navigate complex software project life cycles.
