Our client is looking to recruit a Systems Consultant (Automotive) to join their team. The role involves providing client support and consultancy on a Dealer Management System, ensuring effective system use and delivering high-quality service to both local and international clients.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Provide ongoing software consultancy and support, including system setup, upgrades, training, and enhancements within finance modules and vehicle administration;
- Assist with vehicle and/or parts costing and reconciliations;
- Offer day-to-day client support as required;
- Contribute to international projects when needed;
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience;
- O’ Level or preferably A’ Level standard in Accounts;
- Previous experience in a finance-related role or supporting ERP finance modules is preferred;
- Good understanding of accounting principles and procedures;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to work effectively within a team in a flexible environment;
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and time management;
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to take ownership and accountability for work and results.
Other Requirements & Details;
- Flexible working arrangements available (remote or hybrid, subject to conditions).
Eligibility:
- Candidates based in Malta must have at least 2 years’ local experience in a similar role and hold a valid work permit (if applicable).
Training will be provided.
