Our esteemed client is looking to recruit a Solutions Architect within their company.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The role requires to maintain a deep understanding of the technical solutions offered by the company and its partners/vendors while also apply this knowledge to craft compelling value propositions that align these technologies with customers' strategies and needs;
Utilise effective planning and communication methods to gather and understand customer requirements;
Design technically viable solutions that fit customers' needs and align with industry standards and best practices. Develop and deliver client-facing presentations, proposals, and documentation that clearly articulate the value of the proposed solution;
Define statements of work and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and support in line with customer expectations and agreed SLAs;
Provide regular updates on sales opportunities, POCs, implementation projects, and support engagements, escalating any potential issues to management in a timely manner;
Foster strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers by ensuring consistent, reliable interactions and offering guidance on architecture, technologies, and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Ideally, hold a tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or a technology-related field;
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the technology sector within a commercial setting;
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of key technologies and platforms, such as HPE, AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, and/or Cisco, with the ability to design technically viable solutions that meet customer needs;
- Be skilled in presenting solutions based on the Microsoft M365 suite of services, assisting customers in adopting a Digital Workplace environment;
- Possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Have the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Demonstrate strong prioritisation skills to achieve yearly objectives.
