A new opportunity has risen for a well known established company. The selected individual will manage air, ocean, and land freight shipments for both import and export, handling full and partial loads. Responsibilities include booking cargo with our international partners and maintaining daily client interactions.

Key duties for the role involve the following: 

  • Understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions to achieve sales;
  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails;
  • Cold calling and planning meetings with potential customers to generate new business;
  • Responding promptly to incoming emails and phone inquiries;
  • Evaluating personal sales performance to meet or exceed targets;
  • Understanding customers' businesses and specific needs;
  • Providing accurate and quick cost calculations and quotations;
  • Booking shipments with our international principals;
  • Coordinating with foreign partners to monitor the progress of current orders

Sales experience in the maritime or a related industry is considered an advantage. The chosen candidate must possess a clean and valid driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
