Our client is looking to recruit a Ship Registration Finance Clerk to join their finance team.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic team serving a diverse international client base across various industries, alongside the firm’s private clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their professional experience and embrace new challenges.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Managing and prioritising the issuance of invoices;

- Overseeing debt collection activities;

- Issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments;

- Handling client communications regarding invoice-related queries;

- Providing general support within the department, including the release of vessel and crew certifications, as well as filing and archiving tasks

Requirements & Experience:

- A minimum of A’ Level standard of education;

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English;

- Strong team player with a collaborative approach;

- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role will be considered an advantage
