StreetHR is currently looking to expand their team of dedicated professionals within their recruitment function by hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist!
As a a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be:
- Directly contributing towards the Recruitment Function of the Company and other assigned key projects.
- Supporting the brand’s growth through ongoing business development and proactive activities.
- Leading and directing fellow Talent Acquisition Specialists and other staff as needed to ensure agreed standards and targets are met. Acting as a support, coach and mentor new joiners.
- Taking leadership on assigned projects or specialised areas.
- Maintaining client relationships and acting as an account manager for specific clients.
- Providing professional advise to clients in consultation with Director (non-legal).
- Supporting the setting up of systems, procedures, templates, software and CRM.
- Handling back-end duties (filtering CVs, acknowledgements, follow-up, client relationship).
- Interviewing, shortlisting, profiling, and matching candidates.
- Carrying out cold calls, business development calls, and head-hunting activities.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a Recruitment Agency background.
- Previous experience in hiring for senior positions and other roles within the qualified spectrum.
- A strong understanding of the current employment market and adherence to GDPR.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- An approachable and business driven attitude.
