Our well-esteemed client is looking to employ a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join their Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidate is required to champion the products of the company and will be responsible to develop the Marketing and sales strategy while helping the company to driving the sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive strategy by identifying target customers, selecting effective marketing tools, defining product positioning, and setting specific objectives;

Product Champion: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a successful sales and marketing approach, devise strategies for various markets, and provide recommendations for improvement;

Customer Segment Research and Lead Generation: Conduct research on different customer segments and develop targeted lead generation strategies;

Product Knowledge: Ensure sales employees have access to product knowledge through various internal resources;

Market and Competition Analysis: Analyse competitors and target markets to develop strategies for maintaining competitiveness in sales, acquisitions, and customer retention;

Strategy Optimisation: Continuously analyse and optimize sales and marketing strategies based on client feedback to improve performance and achieve business goals;

Budget Management: Establish and monitor the marketing budget allocation and distribution;

Campaign Management: Oversee all sales and marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish;

Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in sales, marketing, business development, and account management;

Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and vendors;

Digital Platform Management: Oversee the company's digital platforms, including websites and social media channels;

Task Management: Complete all sales and marketing-related assignments from the CEO, management, or board of directors within agreed timeframes;

Professional Development: Attend relevant seminars, conferences, and events as required;

Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties as requested by management

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passion for sales and marketing;
  • Preferred qualifications include a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a sales and marketing role or similar position;
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing;
  • Strong marketing, sales, business acumen, and project management skills;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary sales and marketing strategies;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer literacy skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Results-oriented and highly organized, with a strong ability to set and achieve goals, consistently delivering high-quality work and successful outcomes;
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to ownership and addressing challenges;
  • Adaptable and versatile, able to adjust to rapidly evolving technologies and changing priorities;
  • Ability to translate data insights into effective sales and marketing strategies;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively guide, empower, and motivate team members;
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and business trips as required
