Ready to advance your career as a Senior Risk Analyst? Join our client’s Risk Department and play a key role in shaping the Bank's risk management strategy, overseeing credit, liquidity, market, ESG, and operational risks. This collaborative role offers cross-departmental exposure, allowing you to contribute to the Bank's success while ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll develop your analytical and technical skills through model development, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats, ensuring the Bank remains proactive and resilient.
  • Assist in the development, validation, and calibration of internal models, maintaining accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the design of stress-testing scenarios to strengthen the Bank’s risk management framework.
  • Lead ESG risk assessments and data collection, advancing sustainability and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Prepare key internal reports for Executive and Board committees, shaping high-level decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, holding a degree in Financial Services, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills for accurately handling and interpreting large datasets, alongside self-motivation and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Excellent time management and a meticulous approach are crucial, with a preference for knowledge of statistics and statistical packages, especially R. Familiarity with ESG principles and fluency in English, combined with strong communication skills, are also advantageous.
