A vacancy has arisen within a reputable CSP that provide risk and compliance services to a portfolio of clients, primarily within the Gaming and Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will possess a degree level qualification in Finance, IT or Law, with a minimum of two years experience in the gaming industry. Sound knowledge on regulatory frameworks, AML law and other related areas are also ideal.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain client relations and contribute towards the expansion of the existing portfolio of gaming clients.
- Follow the local and international regulatory compliance procedures, whilst monitoring any updates.
- Outline the most satisfactory operational set-up for the clients' requirements.
- Effectively collaborate with and manage a team.
- Review licence applications and liaise with clients for necessary documentation including due diligence materials, policies, procedures, and agreements.
- Ensure clients remain compliant with regulators’ rules and regulations.
- Liaise with the MGA, FIAU and other supervisory entities as needed.
