One of our esteemed clients are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team. The right candidate will be working with the Marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Main responsibilities are the following:-
- Planning and executing the marketing plans consisting of online and offline advertising;
- Executing a mix of short term marketing tasks and longer-term marketing strategies;
- Overseeing the marketing activities, together with measuring and reporting the performance of campaigns against targets;
- Working closely with third-party agencies, influencers, suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns;
- Tracking the marketing budget and making sure that resources are fully utilized;
- Monitoring market trends and analysing consumer market activities to identify opportunities;
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of the company' market strategies to meet and exceed the set goals;
- Other related duties as required from time to time.
Education and Experience:
- Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role;
- Educational background: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field is a must;
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language;
- Location: Malta based
Skills:
- Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative;
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and deliver to deadlines;
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to continuously learn and purpose new ideas
