They are on the hunt for a Strategic Cost Controller to join their accounting team in Malta. Main responsibilities as follows:
- Obtain a sound understanding of the company business in relation to financial reporting and processes.
- Managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, such as accruals, prepayments, cost allocation, preparation of budgets, and reviewing financial data.
- Analysing relevant data and presenting findings to management.
- Supporting with Financial Accounting in order to liaise effectively with auditors.
- Aid with the necessary internal processes and procedures updates.
Candidates must be in the possession of an ACCA or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of five (5) years experience in financial analyses and reporting. Knowledge of SAP as well as experience within the aviation or manufacturing industry will be considered an asset.
