Our client is a well-known, international Corporate Service Provider with the aim to provide an excellent, holistic service to their portfolio of clients. Due to the growth of the company, they are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Accounts Executive to join their client accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of management accounts for a portfolio of clients.
- Preparation of tax computations and submission of income tax returns.
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Liaising with external auditors.
- Reviewing financial statements and returns.
- When needed, attend client board meetings.
- Keeping abreast of new developments in relation to accounting to ensure the company complies with current regulations.
- Work closely to the Manager and collaborate with the team.
Skills & Experience:
- Part-qualified through ACCA or recent graduate from the University of Malta.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Acute knowledge on local tax variants.
- Ideally have direct operational experience with clients.
- Motivated and problem-solving attitude.
