Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Officer to join their Sales growing team. The selected candidate will be supporting the Sales team in the day-to-day running and administration of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing reports, conducting data analysis, and carrying out market research;
- Manage incoming customer calls, process orders, and provide support with customer inquiries;
- Coordinate with the distribution team to track and follow up on orders and deliveries;
- Provide administrative and secretarial support, including document preparation, workflow organisation, and managing office supplies and equipment;
- Support Sales Representatives through telesales activities when required;
- Collaborate with the exports and duty-free departments to process orders and related documentation;
- Follow a daily sales route plan and maintain regular contact with customers;
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple aspects of sales administration;
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal teams;
- Solid clerical, computer, and data entry abilities;
- Minimum O/A Level education and/or an MCAST certificate in administration or a related field.
