Our client, a pioneer within the retail industry is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to lead a team of 10 Sales Representatives in line with the Company's strategic direction. Together with the management of the team, you as the Sales Manager will work on setting short and long-term strategies whilst continously monitoring their effectiveness to ensure the business does not deviate from their financial goal.
As a team leader, this role will require someone who is very hands-on in managing, inspiring and guiding the respective professionals who have a varied background and year of experience. The objective would be for this person to ensure all members of their team works towards reaching their individual and collective target while also ensuring brand-standard customer experience.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Effectively communicate all company initiatives by adhering to the company's Vision, Mission, and Values;
- Complete operational duties, including in-house inventory, sales orders etc;
- Assist in the closing of sales, or with key clients on a needs basis
