Our client is looking to recruit a driven and customer focused leader with a strong background in retail sales. An experienced sales manager to lead high performing team and elevate the customer journey across the outlet.
Being the Sales Manager, you will be expected to lead, develop, and motivate the sales team while ensuring an outstanding in-store experience. Being the owner of sales strategies, team performance, visual standards, and customer satisfaction to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of retail sales professionals;
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to consistently meet targets;
- Maintain showroom presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards;
- Foster lasting relationships with customers and resolve any concerns professionally;
- Monitor and interpret sales metrics to optimise performance;
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, stock control, and senior management;
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales staff
Experience & Expertise:
- 3–5+ years of experience in retail sales management;
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills;
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities;
- Comfortable using CRM systems and generating sales reports;
- Marketing knowledge and Italian language proficiency are considered assets;
- Flexibility to work retail hours;
