Our esteemed client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager within their team. Direct reporting into the General Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the business development of the company's sales strategies to drive future revenue growth, develop and implement the Business Plan and strategy for hotels, cafeterias, and restaurants to be able to achieve volume and revenue growth while ensuring profitability by analysing opportunities, signing new customers & managing existing customers.
Being an excellent communicator, the preferred candidate is required to lead and motivate a sales team, being transparent and honest while fostering loyalty and engagement with the company's mission.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications;
- Proven experience in successfully managing a team;
- Market experience in the food industry;
- Strong negotiation skills, customer centric, integrity and organisational skills;
- A strong command of systems and analysis;
- A proven record of successful results linked to strategy, planning and execution;
- Openness to change and learning
