Do you have experience in sales in the FMCG industry? One of our clients is looking for an experienced Sales Manager specializing in catering to continue identifying new clients and business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Create a positive experience by providing superior customer service through a consultative sales approach
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Negotiate contracts with customers
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinate with the marketing department on lead generation and new product development
- Provide pricing recommendations based on market insights
- Setting sales goals in line with company objectives and incentivizing the sales team to achieve them
The ideal candidate will have a commercial background and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. He/she has great skills in dealing with customers and the ability to successfully lead a sales team in an FMCG environment. The package offered for this position is in the region of €40,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
