Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales Reps in serving multiple clients in various locations.
- Devise and manages sales strategies and tactics.
- Carries out market research and devise growth strategies.
- Sales Management (360 degree covering the entire Sales Cycle).
- Performance Management and Leadership.
- Form part of a management team, each with different portfolios.
