We are seeking a Sales Executive (B2B) to join a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be driven, client-focused, and eager to contribute to a company known for its strong business fundamentals and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the B2B Corporate Sales team in meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, sales presentations, and other pre-sales materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service, effective after-sales support, and timely follow-up on proposals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments.
Requirements
- A positive, motivated, and customer-oriented personality with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a natural aptitude for sales.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Ability to build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Highly proactive and target-oriented approach to achieving results.
- Interest in IT or a willingness to stay updated with emerging IT developments (preferred).
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Maltese is an advantage.
Benefits
- 5% commission on gross profit from sales under assigned sales codes (based on targets achieved; typically €10–€15K, with no cap).
- Yearly increments on base salary depending on annual performance.
- Service contract commission equivalent to one month’s fee for contracts of 12 months or longer.

Working Hours
- Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour break.
