Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to join their team. A motivated and customer-oriented individual to act as the first point of contact for clients. This role involves preparing accurate and timely quotations, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring a consistently high level of service.
The candidate requires a flair for sales and have basic understanding of the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum of O-Level standard of education;
- Have experience in a clerical or administrative role, ideally within logistics or supply chain;
-Be fluent in both English and Maltese, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrate a proactive, customer-first approach;
- Possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone communication skills;
- Be highly organised, with excellent planning and time management abilities;
- Be adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities;
- Remain calm under pressure and work independently to meet deadlines;
- Work well within a team and contribute positively to the work environment;
- Be proficient in relevant software and willing to learn new systems.
