Your Role Will Involve:
Sales & Business Development:
-Building and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding our brand’s trusted reputation.
-Conducting in-depth conversations with prospective clients to accurately qualify their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
-Generating, nurturing, and following up on new business opportunities.
-Planning, leading, and delivering impactful client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
-Communicating new products or service developments to prospective clients.
Marketing & CRM:
-Assisting with the creation of engaging marketing content including newsletters, blogs, articles, and mailshots.
-Uploading content to the company’s social media platforms and supporting the social media calendar execution.
-Monitoring and analysing social media performance metrics.
-Engaging with our online audience through timely and professional responses.
-Following up on mailshot campaigns with proactive outreach to prospects.
-Supporting audience management tasks such as tagging, filtering, and database KYC.
-Designing marketing collateral such as flyers and posts, and contributing to ongoing website updates and improvements.

Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related client-facing role.
-Confidence in managing client conversations and tailoring solutions based on client needs.
-A proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for client success.
-Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
-Creativity and a flair for digital communication and content creation.
-Ambition to grow professionally.
