Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Design Consultant to join there team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a passion for sales, design, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling high-end furniture collections while supporting clients throughout the design and purchasing process.
Position Overview
The Sales & Design Consultant will be responsible for selling premium-quality furniture to valued customers and providing accurate, detailed information about Fino products and services. The role combines sales expertise with design consultation to help clients bring their ideas to life while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and follow up on new sales leads
- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with existing customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Assist clients in developing design concepts and prepare detailed quotations
- Proactively follow up with customers to close sales opportunities
- Negotiate terms of agreements and successfully close sales
- Monitor and manage individual sales targets and performance
- Process client contracts and ensure orders are placed accurately
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven sales experience with a strong, target-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-oriented approach
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in common computer software; AutoCAD (ACAD) experience is considered an asset
- An interest or flair for design, with experience in achieving sales targets
