A very well established company is looking to recruit a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join their fresh new team! As they expand their presence in Malta, they are seeking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join their dynamic crew.

This role requires heart at the sales engine, nurturing leads and propelling the international sales forces towards success. This involves administrative tasks, fielding client inquiries and providing vital data insights to drive efficient sales operations across borders. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration: Oversee the management of sales orders, contracts, and client agreements, meticulously ensuring accuracy and proper documentation maintenance;
  • Customer Support: Act as the frontline responder to customer inquiries and concerns, swiftly addressing them to achieve optimal customer satisfaction;
  • Lead Generation Support: Spearhead lead generation efforts by handling inquiries via HubSpot, monitoring social media channels, qualifying leads, and conducting thorough online research;
  • CRM Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database, consistently updating client information, sales activities, and communications to provide a comprehensive overview of client interactions;
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company policies, particularly in diverse markets and regions;
  • Sales Data Management: Gather, analyse, and present sales data to facilitate the sales team's understanding of market trends, performance metrics, and avenues for expansion;
  • Product Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest developments in the company's product or service offerings, ensuring the provision of precise information to both the sales team and clients;
  • Team Synergy: Foster collaboration with the sales team, actively identifying and addressing their support requirements. Liaise with various departments such as logistics and finance to streamline the sales process;
  • Market Analysis: Contribute to market research endeavors aimed at pinpointing fresh sales prospects and gaining insights into competitor activities across various geographical areas.

Education & Experience:

A sales-oriented professional adept at thriving in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

  • Extensive proficiency in utilizing the HubSpot CRM platform;
  • Holds a Level 5 or higher academic qualification in a Sales and Management-related field;
  • A driven team player who values close collaboration with colleagues across various company divisions;
  • Demonstrated experience in navigating multicultural environments;
  • Ideally, possesses prior experience supporting remote teams;
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational, analytical, and prioritisation capabilities with keen attention to detail;
  • Exhibits a high level of professionalism when engaging with diverse stakeholders, prioritizing the company's best interests and reputation;
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly skilled in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
