We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales & Business Development Specialist to support new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role blends strategic sales acumen with strong content creation capabilities to support compelling client presentations, marketing assets, and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Adobe and / or other design programmes proficiency would be considered an asset.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outbound efforts;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to drive repeat and referral business;
- Create engaging proposals, sales decks, and client-facing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop);
- Produce persuasive, well-written sales content for digital platforms, email campaigns, product brochures, case studies, website pages, social media platforms in line with the StreetHR Marketing Strategy;
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align messaging and brand consistency across all sales assets;
- Track pipeline activity, forecast opportunities, and report on business development performance metrics;
- Measuring mailshot analytics and carry out follow up calls as well as proactive calls;
- Support campaign launches, product/service rollouts, and promotional events aimed at driving customer engagement and acquisition;
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client communications.

Experience, Competencies & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in similar position or transferable context;
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop strategic client relationships;
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating and editing visual assets;
- Excellent content writing and copy editing skills; ability to tailor-tone and messaging for various audiences;
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement strategies;
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a persuasive communication style;
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Database, tagging, filtering and audience manager including digital tools for lead generation and outreach;
- Familiarity with HR Systems, Tools and Processes;
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills & content writing ability;
- Customer-oriented Knowledge of (Canva, Mailchimp, Word, Excel, etc.);;
