Main responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell all available fares and credit top-ups from various sales outlets.
- Handle cash transactions, applications, and top-up processes, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation at the end of each working shift in adherence to current Sales Policy.
- Maintain organized stock levels and manage all materials required for efficient task execution.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.
To be successful as a Sales Agent, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of sales or service industry experience, coupled with Ordinary level education and ECDL qualification. Proficiency in both Maltese and English is a must. We are seeking individuals who are flexible team players with strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a self-motivated attitude to achieve sales targets.
