Our client, a global service provider for online lottery gaming services is looking for a Retention Agent.

Responsibilities include:
•    Building continuous relationships with clients and managing existing ones 
•    Managing and promoting the company’s products and services
•    Keeping up with targets and deadlines 

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and organized with good verbal and nonverbal communication skills. He or she is goal-oriented and capable of reaching targets based on the Retention Agents plan. At least one year of experience in any position related to preventing the cancellation of products in call centre environments is an asset.
