One of our clients focused on leisure and tourism is on the lookout for a Reservations and Call Centre Officer to be part of their growing team.
The duties of this role are:
- Take bookings
- Answering calls and queries from potential clients
- Ensuring the smooth running of the booking office.
- Dealing with agents, clients and other stakeholders
- Helping with other private functions
The ideal candidate has previous experience in similar roles and possesses strong communications skills both in English and Maltese. This role offers commissions on sales.
