Our client, an international well-known company in the car rental industry is looking for Rental/Returns Agent to enhance customer’s experience.
Main responsibilities include:
- Being able to reach targets and achieve goals
- Making sure customer service is top tier
- Managing rental and returns process in line with the company’s prodcedure
The ideal candidate is in possession of a clean driving license and is fluent in English. Any other European language is considered an asset. Additionally, the candidate must also be flexible to work at different locations, as well as to work different shifts which include weekends and public holidays.
