An international family-owned organisation that operates at a global level within the car rental industry is currently looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join their growing team in Malta.
As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be meeting customers on a day-to-day basis, where you will need to provide excellent customer service at all times. In addition, your main responsibilities within this role will include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare rental agreements, advise on and upsell vehicles as well as other extras to customers according to their needs;
- Assist the branch in daily administrative tasks;
- Communicate through telephone and email correspondence in an approachable manner;
- Check incoming vehicles and direct customers accordingly for rental completion;
The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and organisational skills along with the ability to maintain good customer service at all times including during unusual situations. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, while knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French or German and experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
Candidates must be 21 years of age or over and have a valid driver’s licence together with a clean driving licence.
