Our client is looking to recruit a Regulatory Reporting Officer to join their finance team.
Job Outline:
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory regulatory reports in line with strict deadlines;
- Collaborate effectively as part of the regulatory reporting team;
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Liquidity and COREP statutory reports;
- Compile and submit weekly liquidity reports;
- Produce Balance of Payments statistics;
- Download and review daily Additional Monitoring Matrix reports;
- Generate daily loan-to-deposit ratio reports for senior management;
- Carry out ad-hoc reporting tasks and other assignments as required;
- Participate in system testing and updates to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements;
- Contribute to the implementation of a new system for automating regulatory reporting processes;
- Stay informed on current and upcoming European regulatory requirements and ensure correct interpretation and application;
- Liaise with IT staff to support data requirements for regulatory submissions;
- Foster a cooperative team environment within the regulatory reporting unit;
- Maintain strong interdepartmental working relationships;
- Ensure the timely submission of all required regulatory reports to relevant authorities;
- Remain current with regulatory updates and incorporate changes into reporting processes;
- Support projects and undertake additional duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (training will be provided where needed);
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail;
- Prior experience in finance or regulatory reporting;
- Currently pursuing a qualification in Economics, ACCA, Finance, or an equivalent field.
