Our client is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join a growing Governance, Risk & Compliance team and support a diverse portfolio of client-facing projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional who enjoys solving complex regulatory challenges and helping businesses strengthen their governance and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on AML, sanctions, data protection and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Develop and enhance compliance policies, procedures and controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance with local and international standards.
- Deliver compliance and financial crime training and awareness sessions.
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise clients on emerging risks and obligations.
- Assist with audits, investigations and remediation projects.
Requirements:
- Around 3 years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance, AML or Financial Crime.
- An MQF Level 6 qualification in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, Social Policy or a related field.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, including FATF, EU AML Directives, OFAC and GDPR.
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring and risk management methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
