Are you ready to take on a challenging role in regulatory finance? We are seeking a Regulatory Finance Manager with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial regulations to guide our team and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the preparation, analysis, and submission of banking regulatory reports, including but not limited to BR/06, FINREP, COREP, Central Credit Register, Anacredit, Real Estate Survey, Bank Lending Survey, and UK reporting, while ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and strict submission deadlines.
- Handling responses to regulatory inquiries from various regulatory bodies.
- Supervising the tasks performed by junior members of the regulatory team.
- Tracking financial and regulatory metrics to guarantee compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Providing support to the Head of Unit and Head of Department as needed.
- Staying informed about new regulatory requirements and assessing their impact on the organisation.
- Preparing and reviewing departmental reports as needed by senior management.
- Producing ad hoc reports upon request.
The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be well-organised, meticulous, and eager to learn, with a team-oriented approach to work. The candidate must have a Degree or Diploma in Accounts, Economics, Financial Services, Business Management, or Banking and Finance, along with a minimum of six years of experience in regulatory work. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities are also required. Ideally, the candidate should have knowledge of the BRS Analytics reporting system.
