We are currently supporting a leading organisation in Malta offering financing solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients, that are currently in search of a customer-oriented assistant to join their Front Office team.
As a Front Office Assistant, you will be working within a fast-paced environment and your role will include providing excellent customer service to a range of different clients therefore it is ideal that you are flexible and have strong multitasking skills. Your responsibilities in this role will include the following:
- Assist clients with enquiries by providing the necessary information and assisting them through the application process and the signing of contracts;
- Answer incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate employees;
- Handle monthly payments from clients both walk-ins and online;
- Address complaints or any other queries according to company procedures;
- Handle mail and other day-to-day administrative duties.
