We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top talent. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce by attracting candidates who reflect the company’s values and contribute to its goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to assess current and future hiring requirements;
- Draft and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms;
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks;
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate recruitment stages with hiring managers;
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate recruitment records;
- Organize and represent the company at career fairs and networking events;
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the process;
- Support onboarding activities for new hires;
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and analytics as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and LinkedIn;
- Solid knowledge of recruitment strategies and Maltese employment law;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle competing priorities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
