Our esteemed client is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their company.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and reporting recruitment, focused on filling resource gaps.
- Managing and negotiating contractual relationships with recruitment agencies with the Head of HR support.
- Putting together employment offers according to the Company's compensation programme.
- Designing on and off boarding processes in order to facilitate logistics and data management.
- Conducting 360° recruitment.
- Visualizing and automating reports in your area of responsibility.
The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Bachelor's degree in HR, BA or similar and will have at least 3 years of experience in similar position. This role calls for an individual who is highly trained in recruitment and selection strategies.
Salary brackets between €29,000 and €32,000 depending on experience.
