Our Client is an established corporate service provider offering a wide array of services to a number of local and international clients. Due to the growth and success of the company, they are currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and providing assistance to clients;
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel;
  • Assist with general administrative tasks;
  • Handle all incoming mail and deliveries to the office.

The ideal candidate should possess an A-level standard of education, coupled with fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English. They must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong multitasking abilities. Proficiency in utilizing MS Word and MS Excel is also required for this role.
