Our client, a leading company providing legal services to businesses and private clients worldwide is looking for a Reception and Office Administrator to assist the Operations Manager and team by running of Front Desk and Back Office.
Responsibilities include:
• Running of Front Desk and Back office tasks
• Ensuring client’s and visitors’ needs and expectations
• Managing incoming and outgoing couriers
• Taking care of board rooms to guarantee they are well kept and always replenished
• Managing schedules for Property Maintenance
• Supporting other departments with general administration work
The ideal candidate is organized with good verbal and nonverbal communications skills, knows English and Maltese, and is proficient in word and excel. He or she possesses the ability to provide administrative support. Experience in similar roles is an asset.
