Our client, a leading company providing legal services to corporate and private clients worldwide, is looking for a full-time or part-time Reception and Office Administrator to support the Operations Manager and team by running of Front Desk and back office. 

Duties include:

  • Performing front desk and back office duties
  • Ensuring the needs and expectations of customers and visitors are met
  • Managing incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Maintaining meeting rooms to ensure they are well maintained.
  • Managing property maintenance schedules
  • Assisting other departments with general administrative duties

The ideal candidate will be well-organised and have excellent communication skills both in English and Maltese. He/she is proficient in Word and Excel and is able to provide administrative support at all levels. Experience in similar roles is an asset.
